  • How do I change my password?

    Once you have logged in, hover over your username. You will see a drop down list, from the list choose settings. After this you will see a password menu, select this and enter your new password

  • How do I sign up?

    From the top bar click on sign up, Enter a username, email and password. Once you Sign up, you will receive an activation email. Simply follow the link from your email to activate your account. Once account has been activated you can sign in.

  • Can I remove a comment?

    No you cannot remove a comment, however you may contact the admin to remove a comment. Please note all comments are monitored and any abuse will be reported to the cyber authorities.

  • How do reviews work?

    Reviews allow users to comment and give feedback on experience of their claim and online participation.

  • How does my claim work?

    You fill in the claim forms online and wait for any follow up notifications in your mail or message inbox.

  • How do I upload files from my phone or tablet?

    When you are filling in the form there is an option to upload files or images, you can fill in the form on your mobile or tablet. If you are using a computer then you must upload your photos or files onto the computer and then into the form.

  • How do I link to a file or folder?

    Links are not required, you simply upload your files and photos in the given sections.

  • How do I change my password?

    Once you have logged in, hover over your username. You will see a drop down list, from the list choose settings. After this you will see a password menu, select this and enter your new password

  • How do I delete my account?

    Once you are logged in you can visit the settings page and at the bottom there is a delete my account link. Click on this and your account will be deleted. Please note any pending claims will not be processed if you delete your account.

  • How do I change my account settings?

    From the profile menu select settings and you can make your changes.

  • I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

    When you are on the login screen, follow the forgot password link, this will ask for your email address that is registred on the system. Once you have submitted your email. Check your email for a reset password link which will take you to a new page where you can set up a new password.

  • Payments

  • How are payments processed?

    Once your claim has been submitted, our team will process all your forms. If your claim is successful then we will send a cheque out to your registered address.

  • How long before i receive payment?

    Depending on the complexity of the claim, the average duration is between 12 to 16 weeks

  • Are there any hidden fees?

    To make a claim it is free. If the claim is successful then there is a standard administration charge per application. However if the claim is unsuccessful then there is no charge on the client. NO WIN NO FEE.
